Obvious development opportunities continue to exist along the 610 and 169 corridors. We have already seen much growth and energy along those corridors, and we should expect that will continue due to the clear desirability of those locations. The legislature had provided mechanisms to support this development and I will work had to support and expand those offerings.

It is my hope that for the remaining land north of 610, that our leaders will do the hard work required to move beyond fast food and warehouses. I would like to see the state invest the same energy in the development and redevelopment of Brooklyn Park, Champlin, and Coon Rapids as in other parts of the state.
